The hotel offers very comfortable rooms with small jacuzzis, but there is no air conditioning, leading to noise from outside and mosquitoes coming in. The hotel staff is warm and friendly, although some may not be as welcoming. The location is great for business but not ideal for reaching Milano by metro. Dining options vary from excellent to mediocre. Facilities are clean and comfortable.
